Reservation Information: To reserve your space for our Summer Youth Program, please give us a call at 1-800-238-8687. We require a $500/person deposit, which you can pay over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard. Your balance will be due by May 1, 2003.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, we will refund your money according to the following terms:
1) If notification of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to trip departure, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 per person handling fee.
2) 59-30 days, 50% refund.
3) 29-15 days, 25% refund.
4) 14 days or less, no refund.
Arawak Expeditions will not refund any monies for any reason once the program has begun. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance. To do this, please call Travelex Insurance at 1-800-228-9792 or www.travelex-insurance.com.
