The smallest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands, and undoubtedly the most pristine, St. John is blessed because most of it is protected. The Virgin Islands National Park comprises more than 60% of the island and much of the surrounding waters. For the outdoor enthusiast, there is plenty to do here. Hiking trails criss-cross the rugged terrain, beautiful sandy beaches dot the water's edge, while colorful reefs teeming with life lie just offshore. For those who are looking for a variety of exciting activities, we are offer our St. John Adventure Week. The week consists of 7 nights lodging at Maho Bay Camps, tent-cottages nestled in the heart of the Virgin Islands National Park. During the days you'll kayak, mountain bike, hike, dive, snorkel and explore St. John.

The units you will be staying in are "tent-cottages", built on 16 foot square platforms, nearly hidden by the lush foliage. Translucent fabric on wood frames provide shelter while screens and terraces take advantage of the cooling trade winds.

Bed linens, blankets, and towels are all provided, along with an ice cooler. Every tent-cottage has its own private deck, electric outlets, lights and fans. Bathhouses and fresh water are available along the walkways. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining pavillion. A wide variety of healthy meals are served, with at least one vegetarian entree and one seafood entree each night.
